Is the paid tier a different build?
No. Both routes provide the same Safe Online Exam capabilities. Managed hosting adds implementation guidance, service operation, upgrades, and a real person to support your team.
Can we start self-hosted and move to managed?
Yes. The decision is about who operates the service, not which product you receive. We can discuss the right route for your team as your needs change.
